What type of plastic are Fisher Price Power Wheels made out of?

I am trying to repair a crack on the body and I can't find an epoxy or glue that will stick to the bodies. It dries but then falls off. It is a soft flexible plastic similar to the "bumper covers" on newer vehicles. It is a thinner plastic then the bumper covers.
