Upload a Video File on the internet.?

i edited a video on AVS video editor 4 and now i cant even see it on my own computer. it will upload onto youtube and stuff but it wont processs. i need help i tryed to winzip it but nothing happened. when i go to my videos the file icon is like a white sheet and then tiny boxes inside. do i need to compress it? or uncompress it, convert the format i dont know what to do and i really need to upload this video. help me, and list some sites where i can do whatever i need to do to the video to make it uploadable. thanks.!
