If you found out that a 17-18 year old working in a daycare was guilty of child neglect due to knowing a child had run away from the daycare, but didn't saying anything to anyone that the child was missing because she was panicked, but then also found found out that the worker, by law, was too young to be left alone in charge of children, and also that she'd never received training for the job she was working in. Would the worker be gone after in court, or would the daycare that hired her be in trouble? The child was unharmed, by the way.
