Where is the best place to live for 24yr old girl that is a thrill seeker?

I am 24 went to college in Knoxville Tennesse. I moved to Manhattan for an internship....wasn't really my place. I love rock climbing, camping, kayaking, running, everything outdoors. I want to meet really cool people. I also want to meet boys that are into the same things =) I'm ready! Where do I go? Boulder? Hawaii? Asheville? Where where where?
