Pet Peeves: Name Pronunciation and Spelling?

I hate when people use the most outlandish spellings for their kids. They have to realize that kids will have to learn how to spell their names. I especially hate when people alter the spelling of a Bible name. Like Jakob instead of Jacob or Luceigh instead of Lucy.
