Is it worth going to court and suing over this?

i was eating ravioli and i heard a crunch in my mouth and a bunch of little plastic pieces came from one of the ravioli's i spit it into the trash but think i swallowd some of it but was able to save ONE of the little pieces and its a little sharp what should i do do i got a good case and is it worth going to court and suing over this? i saved the can and one of the plastic pieces
