DEBATE OVER HEALTHCARE REFORM IN 7TH GRADE CL HELP!?!?!?!:o?

Over 30 million Americans don't have Health care. Most of the uninsured have to turn to emergency rooms for care, which drives up the cost. With reform insurance companies will all be paid the same amount basically. Think of it this way Joe lives in California he has his appendix removed it costs ten thousand dollars. Joe also has to have five check ups after the operation. Mary lives in Oklahoma she has her appendix removed it costs eight thousand dollars and she only has to have two check ups. Why? Healthcare needs to be regulated so the best care at the lowest price is offered to all Americans.
