If you found out that a 17-18 year old working in a daycare was guilty of child neglect due to knowing a child had run away from the daycare, but didn't saying anything to anyone that the child was missing because she was panicked, but then also found found out that the worker, by law, was too young to be left alone in charge of children, and also that she'd never received training for the job she was working in. Would the worker be gone after in court, or would the daycare that hired her be in trouble? The child was unharmed, by the way.

How do drummers earn the title of composer?

I was just wondering how a drummer earns a composer credit, since I don't really know how it works. I'll use two of my favorite bands as examples: When he was in Mars Volta, Jon Theodore didn't earn a composer credit, yet I'm sure he was the one who invented the drum parts. Yet Chad Smith of the Chili Peppers has a composer credit, but I couldn't see him writing anything more than just the drum part. Any distinction?

EAR PIERCING THE 2ND TIME TOMORROW!?

It isn't all that bad. on a scale of pinching pain, its a 5 at the most. I mean you can't really ask pain questions on this topic, but that is because everyone's body is different when it comes to pain. Honestly, I didn't feel a difference between when I got my first hole, my second, nor my cartilage. (On my cartilage it took a while to heal but the pain was just the same amount) A helpful tip, don't go to Clair's to get your ear's pierced. They use guns and claim that it is sanitary and what not but it really isn't. Plus, the blunt trama to your ear makes healing longer and stuff. Have your mom or dad or legal guardian (if you are under the age of 18) take you to a body piercing shop and they can do it better than Clair's by far (and it hurts less). Numbing your ears won't help you out at all with this because your ears will still be sore later on after the original piercing time. If you have any questions, email me (: lizziemorton@live.com. I glitched achievements for Gears Of War 1.?

OK so i got all achievements for Gears of War 1 BUT i didn't get For the Fallen. When i click start it shows i have 30/30 COG tags but it wont give me the achievement. ANY HELP!!?
