HELP with my bird please?

well my one bird is acting crazy here's the story well i walk in my room and two of my bird fly out of the food bowl then i look and my one bird stripes is just sitting there she wont get out at all so i have to help her out i give them some millet spray and stripes is acting crazy like she forgot how to walk her feet keep falling in the bars and i picked her up and her HEAD fell in the bar i screamed and got her out she's still acting crazy so please help me please oh and there zebra finches
