How can i approach and apply for J1 visa?

u must have special programms like Work and Travel at schools , colleges ...apply for that . its about 2000 $ or maybe more now . its 4 months programm for students only . its usually during summer .u can come to US for summer and if u find some colleges u like here u can apply as a foreign student so they can extend ur visa .
