Bringing back Colonialism...?

Would the reintroduction of colonialism help Sub- Saharan Africa? Clearly this region is incapable of running its own affairs &, all PC aside, look at & South Africa: Once a prosperous & modern country its been slowly run into the ground since the end of apartheid. Look at Zimbabwe: once the bread basket of Africa it can barely function. The same goes for Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, DR Congo & so & so....all prosperous under colonial rule but now trashed by Africans. Should we, for their own sake, retake these country's & provide them with good management?
